"A dedicated and results driven educational leader that fosters positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents."
I am a motivated and enthusiastic educational leader, dedicated to providing a world-class, nurturing and dynamic learning community, one that embraces diversity, and celebrates life-long learning.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Developing a positive school culture in which all community stakeholders are proud to be a part of is the foundation upon which I base my leadership philosophy. Developing this culture requires a school-wide collaborative effort and goes a long way to ensure the community feels involved, appreciated, respected, and heard. Including stakeholders in the decision-making processes is critical to success and establishes a greater degree of trust and opportunities for individuals to share their passions, knowledge, and expertise.
As an administrator, I lead by example. Through a process of observing, listening, collaborating and taking action, I strive to build trusting relationships with all my colleagues. I enjoy learning about my colleagues and students and empowering them to identify their individual strengths so they can harness those strengths in an effort to take ownership of their own successes. There is nothing more satisfying than watching teachers and students progress as life-long learners and agents of change. Of course, none of this comes easily and requires passion, perseverance, and dedication.
Being an administrator has been both exhilarating and challenging. I have found myself thriving upon the constant change, unexpected challenges and creative thinking that has been required of me. Being an administrator may be seen as overwhelming; however, I believe it suits my personality and inspires me to be an even better leader, team member, mentor, coach, educator, and colleague.
II look forward to each and every day as an educational leader. The opportunities to really make a difference, set up sustainable systems, bring in new ideas, and work with community members keeps me coming back for more. Of course, throughout all this, I pride myself in maintaining a great sense of humor; after all, what's life with a few laughs.
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” John Quincy Adams
